Information we use
Saved places and budget entries are kept in your browser. Business applications contain contact details, public business information, review links, practical advice, photos and consent records. We use these to assess applications, communicate, prepare listings and administer memberships. Private contact email is not published. Hosting may process IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security.
Providers and external requests
Applications and photos are stored privately on the configured hosting and emailed for review. Ricomendo invoices approved businesses manually and stores the invoice reference and recorded payment status. There is no card checkout or automatic charge on the website. Email and hosting providers handle the information needed for delivery. Google Fonts currently receives a request when fonts load, which may include your IP address. WhatsApp and map services receive information when you follow their links. Providers may process information in other countries; applicable transfer arrangements must be checked for the actual operator and provider accounts before launch.
Cookies, storage and marketing
The application flow uses a session cookie for security and form continuity. Saved places use ricomendo-saved; budget preferences use ricomendo-budget in local storage. No advertising or analytics tracker is installed in this supplied website code. Your hosting or later additions may change that. We do not treat an application as permission for unrelated marketing. Retention, rights and complaints
We keep application and membership information only as needed to assess or provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping or dispute needs. The code has no automatic deletion schedule; the operator must implement and document one before launch. Ask us to access, correct, withdraw or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained. Where applicable, you may object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your competent data-protection authority. We do not sell application information.
